First, please use appropriate block explorer to check and confirm if the said deposit transaction has been transferred into the blocks.
If you’re unable to find the said transaction in the block explorer, it is either because the transaction hasn’t been transferred into the blocks yet or the transaction hasn’t been properly transferred. If you still haven’t received transaction confirmation after 5-10 minutes, please contact the platform that you transfer your assets from.
If you can find the said transaction in the block explorer, but your Hotbit account is not credited, you can send us an online support ticket. When you lodge your online support ticket, please include deposited asset type, asset amount and TxID. Our customer service staff will contact you and help you with your problem as soon as possible.
